No, only the registered Customer is allowed to drive. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited, and any violations may void insurance coverage.
3. How does charging work for the electric vehicle?
The car is provided fully charged, but you are responsible for ensuring it has sufficient charge during the rental period. Charging must be done at authorized stations at your own expense, and the vehicle must be returned with at least 10% charge.
4. What if the car breaks down or has a flat tire?
We offer 24/7 roadside assistance for mechanical issues not caused by misuse. In case of a breakdown, flat tire, or any other issue, contact us immediately for support.
5. What happens if I get into an accident or damage the car?
If an accident occurs, you must inform both the Company and the authorities immediately. The vehicle is insured for damage, theft, and third-party liabilities, but you may be responsible for deductibles or damages not covered by insurance, including those caused by negligence or off-road driving.
6. Is there a GPS tracking system in the car?
Yes, our vehicles may have GPS tracking for security and monitoring purposes. By renting a car, you agree to allow tracking for safety and compliance reasons.
7. Can I return the car late?

8. When will I receive my security deposit refund?
