The term “Services” refers to any services offered by H2H Intercity Solutions Private Limited.

You can control how we collect and use your information through the Mobile app or through Company’s website settings. You can also request to delete your account and personal information at any time. However, please note that we may retain certain information for legal or business purposes.

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

6.1 We are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive the Users Personal Information.

6.3 A Force Majeure Event shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of us and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, civil disturbances, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, and any other similar events not within the control of the Company and which Company is not able to overcome.
